Self-determination instead of external control

Biography work based on anthroposophy assumes that every person enters this world with an individual, self-determined task.

WHY:

Because life becomes more meaningful

Those who recognize their own purpose in life can give their lives more meaning—and thus be more balanced and content. In working on your biography, you will uncover the larger, still unconscious connections between various life events and situations, thereby gaining self-knowledge.

WHEN:

Whenever you are ready

It is never too late to gain self-knowledge – because biographical work based on anthroposophy starts from the premise that human beings are spiritual beings who develop over many earthly lives.

HOW:

From the unconscious to the conscious

In biographical work, you reconstruct your biography from your memory – mentally and emotionally. In conversation with the biographical worker, you explore your individual biographical patterns.

HOW MUCH:

Biographical work takes place in several sessions of 60 to 90 minutes and ends – perhaps provisionally – when you have found a satisfactory answer to your questions.
