Quality and reliability for 4 generations

Our family business was founded in Lucerne in 1912 by Josef Durrer. In 1986, master painter Guido Durrer took over the business from his father Karl Durrer. It is our aim to continue running the company as a traditional and successful family business for generations to come.

That is why all three of Guido Durrer's sons are enthusiastic painters and actively involved in the family business. Carlo Durrer acquired his professional skills in 2010 with the title of master painter and is responsible for operations.
Guido Durrer Jr., the youngest of the family, received his SMGV construction site manager diploma in the fall of 2008.
Ivo Durrer, a federally certified master painter and the eldest son, will take over the business in fall 2015, representing the fourth generation. All of us "Durrers" strive to continue to count you among our loyal customers. Designing individual projects with passion and expertise is our profession and our motivation. Interior work

Whether it's a new build, conversion, renovation, repair, or restoration, whether it's a church, concert hall, apartment, office, shop, or studio, we carry out the interior design according to your personal wishes and specifications. Painting, glazing, or graining, wallpaper or plaster—our work brings atmosphere to every room. The right color and the right technique conjure up atmosphere and a sense of well-being in offices, halls, rooms, and "the living room." We are as strong indoors as we are outdoors.

Outdoor work

We design, beautify, protect, and maintain facades, exterior walls, ceilings, and floors, single-family homes, public facilities, churches, monuments, halls, office and industrial buildings. Cleaning, painting, plastering, wood or corrosion protection, insulation, renovation, repair, lettering, and much more... we are also strong indoors.
