quali Swiss Solution offers you thorough and professional cleaning. Whether it's apartment or house cleaning when you move, or twice-yearly deep cleaning.

Offices, studios, retail spaces, and medical practices are all familiar territory for our specialists. With QSS, you have the right partner and the perfect cleaning service. With a thorough deep clean, we remove even stubborn dirt and ensure a well-maintained appearance.

Regular deep cleaning also pays off in office and commercial units and in industry. Maintenance cleaning is carried out regularly and includes vacuuming, dusting, and damp mopping. During deep cleaning, even inaccessible areas are cleaned intensively.

 

Special cleaning

In the construction industry, special cleaning includes the removal of debris, packaging, and material residues during and after construction. In the medical sector, i.e., hospital cleaning, our services range from property management and maintenance to technical services, including 24-hour security.

Through our partners, we also provide the necessary security personnel, who are professionally trained for the required service.

A basic distinction is made between construction cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and fine cleaning.

Construction cleaning:
Construction cleaning involves the removal of construction debris and large amounts of waste during the construction period so that it does not hinder your ongoing work.

Post-construction cleaning:
Once all construction work has been completed, post-construction cleaning must be carried out before interior work and renovation can begin.
After the construction phase, our cleaning service takes care of the cleaning work for you so that you receive the property ready for handover.

Container cleaning:
We clean and disinfect your building and containers throughout the entire construction period. (Also in accordance with COVID-19 standards)

Moving service

Hire us for your private or corporate move; we are also happy to take care of internal relocations for you.

We support you from individual services to complete handling with commitment and meticulous planning that works in your favor.

Rental

Furniture lifts and 3.5-ton trucks with lifting platforms can be rented from us at any time. In urgent cases, please contact our 24-hour number directly at 041 871 14 91.

Furniture lift rental is only available with a specialist provided by us, starting at CHF 119 (excl. VAT) per hour.

Our vehicles are not covered with our advertising.

Assembly service

Assembly also requires the necessary expertise. Leave the studying to us and take this time for your hobbies and/or family.

Assembly of furniture, office equipment, kitchens, windows, and doors are among our services. We guarantee that professionals are at work.

Storage

Qualii Swiss Solution has various storage locations and storage options.

Removal fees

Monthly storage fees
Total 5 pallets at CHF 12.90 = CHF 64.50 (excl. VAT)
Important
The monthly storage fee of CHF 60 also applies to
partial months.

Storage fee (incremental):
1-20 pallets
CHF 13.90 / pallet per month (excl. VAT);
applies to the first 20 pallets in storage
21-50 pallets
CHF 12.90 / pallet per month (excl. VAT);
applies to the next 50 pallets in storage
51 pallets and above
CHF 10.90 / pallet per month (excl. VAT)

Unless other agreements have been made with management.

Additional service fees: For products such as packaging materials or additional IT & logistics services such as special evaluations, transport of goods to your home, etc.

Transport/disposal

Tell us the pick-up location A and let us know where the destination B is. We will transport your goods (merchandise) as quickly as possible (insured) to the desired location.

On request, we can also arrange for armed transport through our partner companies.

Disposal and clearance are carried out according to customer requirements, which we guarantee within a specified time frame. Just let us know when and where, and we'll get started.
