Noma Immobilien und Verwaltung AG

Noma Immobilien und Verwaltung AG was founded in Engelberg in 1973. In its early years, the company focused on selling vacation homes and second homes in the Nidwalden and Obwalden regions. In the early 1980s, it expanded its activities to include residential and commercial real estate, marking the beginning of a period of independent construction and acting as a general contractor.

In collaboration with partner architects, various residential and commercial properties were built in Engelberg, Emmetten, Kriens, and Seelisberg by the end of the 1990s, and the company subsequently took on several management mandates.

With the opening of the Stans branch in early 2003, the focus shifted to real estate brokerage and related services, which allowed the catchment area to be expanded from the core area of Nidwalden and Obwalden to the whole of Central Switzerland.

Since the next generation joined the family business, we have been able to offer you even more comprehensive advice in the areas of real estate planning, renovations, and marketing through new media. The manageable size of our family business and our wealth of experience in the real estate industry enable us to offer you competent, efficient, and highly personalized all-round customer service.

In December 2016, the branch in Stans was closed after 14 years. The branch in Emmetten has since become the main branch again.
