Systema Movens Nyon

The Systema Movens school in La Côte, near Nyon, aims to be a school that focuses primarily on valuing the individual as such. Each person progresses at their own pace, according to their physical abilities and age. The idea is to allow everyone to flourish both physically and mentally. Movement is the basis of this art! The atmosphere is an important element within the club. Those who wish to learn leave their egos at the door and come to train in order to develop. We are all equal and do not seek to prove anything, except through play during classes.
