The CIME benefits from a state-of-the-art technical platform, combining image quality and the latest generation dose reduction program.

• MAMMOGRAPHY - MICRO DOSE

By taking X-rays of each breast separately, it is possible to detect abnormalities that may reveal breast cancer, particularly in the early stages of its development.

This examination is often supplemented by breast ultrasound and, if necessary, breast MRI or biopsy.

We have a device that delivers an extremely low radiation dose, while producing images of very high quality.

• 3T whole-body MRI

Magnetic resonance imaging is a recent, non-irradiating technique.

It enables tissue to be analyzed in even greater detail than CT scanning, with which it is complementary. We're equipped with the latest-generation 3Tesla machine, enabling us to obtain images of the highest quality.

It's an excellent complement to CT scanning.

• RADIOGRAPHIES

Our equipment enables us to take X-rays of all parts of the body, adults and children, using the lowest possible doses of X-rays.

They also enable us to carry out dynamic examinations, special orthopedic check-ups and interventional procedures such as:
- arthographies
- punctures
- infiltrations

for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

• MULTI-DETECTOR SCANNER

The scanner can produce cross-sectional images, less than a millimetre thick, of the entire body, and reconstruct them in different planes, particularly in 3D

This technique is based on the use of X-rays. Its applications are vast, and its performance makes it indispensable in the diagnosis of a huge number of pathologies. Recent machines like the one we are equipped with enable a significant reduction in the dose received by the patient, while maintaining the diagnostic quality of the images.

• ECHOGRAPHY

A non-irradiating imaging technique, it enables real-time examinations to be carried out, which can be repeated as many times as necessary, without any risk to the patient.

As the radiologist performing the examination is in contact with the patient, exchanges of information can guide the examination and facilitate diagnosis.
This technique can also be used to guide therapeutic punctures, biopsies and infiltrations.

The Doppler enables the study of blood vessels and the vascularization of various tissues and organs. Our latest-generation equipment also enables us to study the tissue consistency of the liver, and of certain breast lesions (elastography, fibroscan).
