It has always been a dream of mine to one day start a company and take the leap into entrepreneurship. Even as an employee, I was trusted to manage various construction sites in a foreman role, which undoubtedly helped me in terms of responsibility and independence.

When I started working with someone who was self-employed and rented machinery for businesses, I began to have concrete ideas. I started researching what was needed to start my own company.

Together with my wife, we went to the notary a month later, in May 2018, to establish Schneeberger Tiefbau GmbH.

At the end of July 2018, I had my last day as an employee and began my first own construction site in early August 2018.
