Our services

• BALUXdry
  • Baluxdry: single-layer powder coating
  • Baluxdrycorr: two-layer powder coating (including corrosion protection primer)
  • Maximum part size (mm): 6800 x 3500 x 1300
  • All types of powder can be processed
  • Application for steel, chrome steel, and aluminum substrates for indoor and outdoor applications
  • All components must have a temperature resistance of at least 180°C
  • The effort and thus the costs depend largely on the material thickness

 

• BALUXfluid

  • There are almost no limits to painting using theBALUXfluid process. In our booths, we can paint everything from large structures to the smallest components.

    In addition to metals, composite materials such as Alucobond©, plastics, wood, or MDF can also be treated without any problems.

    We use single or two-component paints (preferably water-soluble) from the most common paint manufacturers.

 

• BALUXvelvet

  • BALUXvelvet is a wet paint process that results in a velvety yet highly resistant surface.

    It is currently particularly popular in furniture production.

  • Is the gelcoat on your yacht faded or scratched? Would you like a new design for your boat?

    With Baluxmarine, we can fulfill (almost) all your wishes. Our services include:

  • Painting of hulls on existing paintwork or gelcoat

  • Interior painting
