Creating the perfect foundation: We create the estimate/service specifications for you based on project plans and building specifications in accordance with the NPK standard item catalog—digitally using a construction administration program. This enables easy data exchange via the SIA 451 interface and allows further processing without additional effort.

Tailored to your requirements: we compare the bids in accordance with your requirements and specifications and/or the requirements of the client in preparation for an award application. Any bidding rounds are carried out in accordance with the client's instructions. The work contracts are drawn up after the contracts have been definitively awarded and in accordance with the BKP construction cost plan.

Final invoicing

Security throughout the entire process: We support you in ensuring the financial management of your construction project. From cost estimates to construction invoicing. Incoming contractor invoices and payments are processed on a project-by-project basis and in accordance with the stage of construction. The local construction management team handles schedule management in line with the desired move-in date, coordination of contractors, and on-site quality control.
