Plastering

Wet plaster refers to all types of plaster that are mixed with water or are mixed.
These are the following products:

– Base coat
– White plaster (gypsum, lime, or cement-based)
– Interior and exterior abrasion
– Spray plaster

Plaster is used to refine rooms and building envelopes. It also serves a practical purpose.

Drywall

Modern drywall construction offers many market-decisive advantages:

– Efficient and cost-effective construction
– High degree of flexibility in planning and use
– Individual design freedom and variety
– Higher quality with increased quality requirements for sound insulation and energy management
– The possibility of easy adaptation to the changing needs of room users
– Preservation of property value over the entire service life of the building

Walls
Lightweight stud walls in drywall construction are non-load-bearing and are used as single or double stud walls. These constructions are suitable for new buildings as well as for conversions and renovations.

Ceilings
Plasterboard panels that are attached directly to concrete, wood, or metal substructures in new buildings, conversions, and renovations.

These extremely lightweight constructions can achieve highly impressive fire and sound insulation values.

Facade insulation

In the facade area, we primarily offer various systems of plastered external thermal insulation. These systems have proven themselves for 50 years as a jointless, efficient, and cost-effective facade insulation system.

A wide range of proven insulation boards (EPS, XPS, mineral wool, cork, etc.) with different thermal insulation properties are available.

There are also many innovative product developments currently underway in the field of high-performance thermal insulation. These aerogel mats and vacuum insulation panels, as well as combined products, have thermal conductivity properties that are several times better than those of conventional insulation materials.

Thermal insulation plaster is also suitable for outdoor use. This jointless plaster coating can also be adapted to uneven and curved substrates.

Subfloors

Anhydrite flowing screeds are poured onto thermal or impact sound insulation or separating and insulating layers. They are installed as floating floors. They form the basis for all possible surface coverings and, in some cases, are sealed as a final covering.
The installation height is between 5 cm and 6 cm. Drying times depend on ventilation and heating of the floor.

Stucco

Stucco is a high-quality and excellent design element for giving your living space an individual ambience.

It is available in traditional forms, but also in very modern styles, where room lighting can usually be integrated.

Stucco moldings can be selected from a catalog as wall, ceiling, corner, and transom profiles, or we can produce any desired profile cross-section by constructing a template on the table.

Castings and reproductions are also possible and can be produced in many different ways.

Acoustics

Acoustic coatings
There are various applications in the plastering sector:
– On the one hand, there is traditional acoustic spray plaster, which is usually sprayed on in four layers to form the largest possible porous surface. This gives the surface a fairly rough texture, similar to trowel-applied plaster.
– Alternatively, there are special acoustic plasters, which are usually applied to a mineral wool backing board using a smoothing technique. The visual appearance is almost identical to that of white plaster (smooth plaster).

Acoustic cladding
Drywall systems with gypsum perforated panels offer very modern and attractive design options.

Usually designed as suspended ceiling cladding with round, square, or scattered perforations, they can meet the requirements for reverberation control.

In a few cases, these coverings are even used as wall coverings, but this is only possible for limited applications.
