What began in 1962 still fills us with joy, pride, and dedication today. On September 1, 1962, my father founded a heating company with initiative, courage, and ambition in a district dominated by agriculture, where industry and commerce were still in their infancy.

Today, our company offers all areas of building technology at nine locations, in two languages, with around 350 employees, and generates annual sales of around 80 million Swiss francs.

As a second-generation family business, it has always been important to my family to uphold our responsibility as entrepreneurs and employers, not only in economic terms but also in social terms.

Long-standing employees with solid basic training and continuous further education are important to us. Good integration measures also help to foster a sense of belonging and dedicated commitment. As a committed training company, an average of 16 apprentices successfully complete their apprenticeships. Apprenticeship training is doubly important. On the one hand, it ensures that we continue to have good skilled workers, and on the other hand, training young people is also an essential component of a healthy society and low youth unemployment.

We are committed building technicians with brains, heart, and soul. We enjoy our daily work, whether in residential, commercial, public, or industrial buildings, with all their requirements and special needs.

Combined with the environment, energy efficiency, and economic efficiency. Not a contradiction, but solution-oriented thinking.
