Welcome
Our plastering work:
Plastering
- We apply base plaster, which is a mineral-bound thick-layer coating that serves to level out major unevenness and creates an even base for subsequent coatings. Depending on its composition, it can be used for interior, exterior, and damp areas and can also perform heat and sound insulation functions.
- We also apply top coats, i.e., a finishing plaster that forms the top layer of a multi-layer plaster structure. It can be smooth or textured.
Drywall work
- We construct lightweight walls consisting of stud frames with a substructure made of galvanized sheet steel profiles and double-sided planking with 1 or 2 layers of plasterboard. With or without insulation material.
- We construct facing shells, which are placed in front of a wall, with a substructure and single-sided planking with 1 or 2 layers of plasterboard.
- Cladding, placed in front of a wall, made of solid gypsum boards without substructure.
- Wall cladding, attached to a load-bearing wall, consisting of single-sided paneling, with or without substructure.
Internal thermal insulation
Interior insulation (e.g., basement walls) is a measure that uses suitable materials to reduce energy consumption or energy loss, such as heat and sound, or to prevent moisture penetration. It can also include fire protection.
External thermal insulation effectively protects load-bearing masonry from temperature differences. External thermal insulation is suitable for new and old buildings.
Acoustic ceilings
There are different types of acoustic ceilings. The perforated panel ceiling consists of a substructure made of metal profiles and perforated plasterboard panels with bonded fiber fleece.
There are other systems available.
Subfloors
The self-leveling screed can be laid directly on raw concrete, on a separating film, as a floating subfloor, or as underfloor heating.
Stucco
The production of cornices or stucco moldings using a template is called pulling or, colloquially, pulling.
Plaster is particularly well suited for pulling work due to its favorable setting curve and early strength. The plaster is mixed in a clean container, preferably in a plaster box with a sloping bottom. The amount of water required must be calculated or estimated. The plaster is sprinkled evenly into the clean water until islands form on the surface.
The actual production of the cornice takes place in three phases. These largely correspond to the setting behavior of the plaster. During the casting time, the still liquid plaster slurry is thrown onto the roughened substrate or carefully emptied onto the intended adhesive surface. At this stage, the stability of the slurry is still very low. Any reinforcement is inserted towards the end of the casting time.
The second phase is now crucial. During this period, known as the spreading time, the paste becomes increasingly malleable and stable. This time must be used to build up the cornice to its full size and work out the contours. The template is pulled or pushed along the guide with even pressure. This process is repeated several times until the profile is completely filled.
During the smoothing phase, the cleaned template is guided with increased pressure. Material is now removed from the smoothing stick and pressed against the template sheet by hand. This fills in any small holes and smooths (compacts) the surface. The setting cornice causes noticeable resistance of the template due to the increase in volume. It is therefore essential that the sliding surfaces are cleaned and lubricated.
