You train your strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance in a 45-minute intensive full-body workout accompanied by motivating music. PhysYoga includes Tabatas, exercises from yoga, and sports physiotherapy.

PhysYo HIIT (outdoor)

HIIT is a high-intensity interval training program that alternates between intense phases and rest phases. It stimulates your metabolism and increases oxygen uptake. During the intense phase, your heart rate is pushed up (70–90% of your maximum heart rate) by means of running ABCs, jumps, and similar exercises. During the rest phases, your heart rate returns to normal, but you challenge your strength, balance, and coordination, preparing you for the next intense burst of activity. Happiness hormones are guaranteed!

Liebscher & Bracht

The Liebscher & Bracht method was developed by a married couple in Germany. With over thirty years of experience and treatment, they have discovered that most pain in the musculoskeletal system is caused by excessive tension in the muscles and fascia. This is exactly where pain therapy comes in. The idea is not only to relieve the symptoms of pain, but to eliminate its cause.

The therapy is based on three pillars: osteopressure, bottleneck stretching, and fascia roll massage.
