Care

Daytime and evening services
Monday to Sunday: 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Contents of the care services → only with a doctor's prescription and after assessment of
needs
Personal hygiene, mobilization and transfer according to kinaesthetics, changing dressings
simple and complex, connecting colostomy, urostomy, and PEG tubes, handling
catheters, handling tracheostomy, infusion and injection therapy, preparing and administering medication
and administration, case coordination, clarification and consultation,
Care by arrangement
Psychiatric care, palliative care

Night service
11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
→ only for scheduled assignments
No on-call service except:
In palliative situations in the end-of-life phase
Acute and transitional care (hospital doctor's prescription, to follow in 2018)
On-call service subject to a fee at the following rate:
CHF 30 per night (even without assignments)
Rates (subject to health insurance)
Basic care: CHF 52.60
Treatment care: CHF 63.00
Assessment and consultation: CHF 76.90
Patient contribution: 20% or max. $15.35 per day
