Professional foot care

As a pedicurist, I perform all kinds of cosmetic foot care treatments. The primary goal of these treatments is to help you achieve healthy and well-groomed feet and to prevent or eliminate pain, thereby increasing your well-being.

I would also like to mention that I place great importance on hygiene in my practice.

Foot reflexology

As a certified foot reflexology therapist, I offer various therapies in a pleasant, bright atmosphere. Reflexology therapy views recovery as an individual and holistic process that affects the body, soul, mind, and environment.
Thanks to the interaction between the treatment of the reflex zones and the dialogue with the person being treated, reflexology supports their holistic balance.

Stressful factors, such as prolonged periods of stress or traumatic experiences, can impair a person's ability to adapt if they are unable to activate sufficient resources and resilience factors.
The reflexology therapist supports the person's health by interacting with them through targeted stimulation of the reflex zones, thereby promoting their physical and mental balance.

About

After completing 150 hours of study in Western medicine at the Biomedica School in Zurich, I decided to train in the field of foot care.

I completed this training at Podologie Grossmann in Zurich, where I was personally trained by the long-standing podiatrist Grossmann. To this day, he continues to support me with his advice.

In April 2012, I finally opened my own foot care practice in Fruthwilen. Shortly afterwards, I completed my training as a foot reflexologist with a diploma. I am recognized by EGK / SNE and EMR and am therefore committed to annual further training.
