Cave de l'Orlaya SA

The Orlaya winery was founded in 2016 when Mathilde Roux took over the Gérard Roduit winery. Today, she manages this beautiful 8-hectare vineyard.

Our primary motivation is to produce wines of the highest quality. To achieve this, we start in the vineyard with meticulous work on the magnificent slopes of Fully. Strict yield control, entirely manual harvesting, and careful handling of the grapes until they arrive at the winery, where the work is also very precise and meticulous in order to allow each grape variety to express itself. Cave de l'Orlaya also tries not to sell wines that are too young, giving them time to reach full maturity.

In the vineyard, we use organic methods and are experimenting with biodynamics.
