My name is Roger Droll, born on January 21, 1975.
I completed my apprenticeship as an electrical engineer at SixMadun AG in Sissach. To bridge the gap until recruit school, I worked for a year at Enzler Reinigung AG in Pratteln. I then returned to my chosen profession and worked for 10 years in the international arena as a plant engineer.

Over the years, I was given more and more administrative tasks. This led me to further training as a technical sales representative. After three years of training, I was offered a job as a property manager at Spiti AG in Sissach. After six years, I changed employers and found a new challenge at Salathe Immobilien Treuhand AG in Hölstein.

Due to the expanded work in the management of rental properties and condominiums, Salathe Immobilien Treuhand AG enabled me to continue my education as a property manager at the Technical School in Altstetten and at SVIT in Zurich. With my degree as a property manager with a federal certificate, another milestone was set.

I succeeded in becoming self-employed with the purchase of an apartment building in Gelterkinden.
