Indoor mold treatment
Since mold is not exactly harmless to health, measures should be taken at the first sign of it, before it spreads.

Algae treatment outdoors
Algae are not exactly a pretty sight on facades. Failure to remove algae over a longer period of time can also lead to damage to the facade, as permanent moisture can damage the plaster and masonry.

Environmental protection
All paint waste, including paint sludge from the sink with settling tank, is periodically disposed of properly by the Interest Group for Paint Waste Disposal (IGM) of both Basel cantons.

Sanding with extraction
In interior areas (non-removable substrates), it is possible to generate only minimal sanding dust when sanding interior woodwork, door frames, or other items by using an extraction system on the sander.

Periodic inspections
are essential to ensure the preservation of your home, which is why I offer you free periodic inspections.

Exterior wood
Cracks in woodwork, miters, and end grain are all weak points where moisture can penetrate and cause damage, including rot. It is therefore important to check these areas regularly and take appropriate measures.

Exterior masonry
Fine and, of course, larger cracks can cause major damage to masonry through constant contact with water (rain), so it is important to check this regularly and take appropriate measures.

My workshop
In my workshop, which covers approx. 125 m2, I work on all removable items such as shutters, doors, boards, cupboards, radiators, chairs, tables, etc. – simply everything that needs renovating.
