Auberge de Savièse

The Auberge de Savièse is a restaurant located in the heart of the picturesque Pâquis district, right next to the Cornavin train station and Lake Geneva. Formerly known as the Vieux Renard, it has been offering traditional Swiss cuisine, with local dishes from the canton of Valais and specialties from the Gruyère region for over half a century.

You will find at the Auberge de Savièse everything you expect from a quality restaurant. We invite you to discover or rediscover delicious dishes, such as the Raclette, the Moitié-Moitié fondue (50% Gruyère AOP & 50% Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP), the homemade cheese fondue 100% Gruyère AOP, the goat cheese fondue but also the Bourguignonne, Savièsarde or Chinese fondues. The Auberge de Savièse also offers two dishes of the day (at noon) and a varied menu.
