We are the authorized repair service for the JURA brand in French-speaking Switzerland .
We provide all types of services for this brand (warranties, comprehensive services, repairs, spare parts, maintenance, etc.).

We also handle appliances under warranty (copy of the purchase invoice or receipt required).
All work is carried out in our Geneva workshop by our qualified staff.

Free Estimates
Before any type of repair, we always provide a free, comprehensive repair estimate! There is no obligation on your part, and if you decline the estimate, you can also leave your device with us and we will dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner at no cost!

Repair times
Our repair times are generally between 4 and 7 days for private individuals. Businesses benefit from a rapid response within 24 hours (working days), with a replacement machine provided (free of charge for devices purchased in our store).

Travel service
One-way or return trip = 40.00 CHF excl. tax*
Round trip travel fee = 80.00 CHF excluding tax*
If a (free) quote is declined, the travel costs will still be charged.

Commissioning
For all devices purchased in our store, we provide personalized commissioning.
To this end, we will arrange a date and time that suits you. Commissioning includes:

• First start-up of the appliance and standard configuration.
• Filling the water tank and coffee bean container (with our delicious Moccador coffee) so that we can prepare coffee together.
• A complete demonstration of how to program your machine!
• Demonstration of milk-based specialties (cappuccino, macchiato, etc.) for machines that offer them.
• Demonstration of the various maintenance programs!
• Enjoy a delicious coffee and ask any questions you may have about your new purchase.

In the end, you will be the owner of a coffee machine that you know inside out.
We are of course available by phone (or other means) in case of any problems.
It will take about an hour to go through your machine in detail.

The right product for the right person
At Espace Services Gabert S.A., we do not base our sales on our stock.
Every customer is different and has different needs. What is the logic behind selling a machine for private use, ~10 coffees/day, to a professional who will have a throughput of around 40 coffees/day?

Similarly, why sell a machine that is initially designed to make 60 coffees/day to a single person who will only make 2 coffees/day?

Why sell you a machine designed for milk-based specialties (cappuccino, macchiato, etc.) when you only like black coffee? Unfortunately, we see these situations all too often, and virtually all of these sales come from large retailers or online purchases. A good sale is only made when both parties (buyer and seller) are satisfied, one thanks to the advice provided and the other through the satisfaction of a job well done!

Technical knowledge of products
In order to guarantee high-quality advice and to always be at the cutting edge of technology, our technicians undergo continuous training every year. We are therefore knowledgeable about both new and older models, for every brand we represent.

Coffee machine rental for your events
Company parties – Community celebrations (August 1st / Promotions / etc.) – Weddings – Family celebrations – Etc. Depending on the size of your event, we can provide you with:

• One or more fully automatic professional coffee machines.
• Coffee beans ("Moccador" Tradition).
• Cups (eco-friendly cardboard).
• Sugar in small paper sachets (sugar produced in Switzerland).
• Wooden stirrers.

Dairy products (coffee cream, milk, etc.) are not provided and are at your expense. You pay CHF 1.10 incl. VAT* per coffee and CHF 1.30 incl. VAT* per cappuccino consumed.
The minimum charge is CHF 60.00 including tax*. You are responsible for picking up and returning the equipment (to our store).
On request, we can provide a delivery and on-site setup package for CHF 80.00 including tax* (free for 800 coffees or more).
