Régie Tournier is a sole proprietorship with around 25 highly specialized employees working in the accounting, leasing, technical, management, and legal departments. Each employee puts their skills to work for a clientele comprising both private and institutional owners in the management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings, condominiums, co-ownerships, cooperatives, and villas.
With its in-depth knowledge of the Geneva real estate market and extensive local network, Régie Tournier also acts as a broker for the purchase or sale of villas and apartments as well as residential and commercial buildings.
