Microkinesitherapy is a manual assessment and treatment technique that aims to find "traces" of somatized traumatic events in the patient's body and stimulate the affected areas to trigger natural self-correcting mechanisms capable of eliminating them.
Biosynergie® is a combination of relaxation and breathing techniques and psychocorporal tools from both Eastern and Western traditions, designed to help individuals combat stress and promote personal fulfillment.
The anxiety of modern times
Biosynergie was created in 1982 in France as a response to the omnipresent stress of modern times. For more than 20 years, a group of French researchers, led by Janine and Yves Ropars (the founders of the method), studied problems such as anxiety, depression, loss of joie de vivre, and exhaustion. They analyzed several holistic theories (body, emotions, mind) and tested multiple techniques designed to combat these problems.

Global postural rehabilitation, or GPR, is a therapeutic approach in posturology developed by Philippe Emmanuel Souchard in the early 1980s, used byphysical therapists/physiotherapists.
Global postural rehabilitation is a holistic approach based on the principle of functional muscle chains. This therapeutic approach uses progressive stretching postures, particularly for the static muscles, which enable us to remain upright.
The aim of this approach is not only to treat posture through stretching, but also to influence the motor and nervous functions of our body.
With experience, we have even noticed that certain areas are related to affective and emotional states. Thanks to this technique, we are able to tell a person where they are in pain without knowing them, which is very surprising. Each "blockage" has a specific meaning.
