The firm was founded in 2000 when Gérard REYMOND was appointed to 6 Rue de la Rôtisserie in Geneva.

He has now been succeeded by his son, Hubert REYMOND, who has recently been certified and sworn in by the Geneva State Council. The firm then moved to 3 Rue de la Cité in Geneva's old town.

Judicial officers in Geneva

Judicial officers act as ministerial officers in the same way as notaries and operate independently throughout the canton of Geneva. With a numerus clausus of nine, they are appointed by the State Council and sworn in when they take office. The profession is liberal and governed by the law and regulations on bailiffs. The activities of bailiffs include the following:
