Wood construction

Wood is a versatile, durable, and environmentally friendly building material. The wood we use comes mainly from the region. We are partners of HOLZO and thus support the idea of sustainable use of valuable resources. HOLZO stands for wood that is planted, cared for, harvested, and processed in the Zurich Oberland.

When processing the wood, we pay attention to statics, functionality, and aesthetics. The components are prefabricated at our facility in Bäretswil and professionally assembled on site. We take other tradespeople involved into consideration, discuss details, and plan the procedure together with them.

Roof construction

Only when the roof is covered does the building fulfill its purpose. As part of the building envelope, the roof insulates the building's heat and protects it from the cold and precipitation outside. The construction of the roof structure and the choice of suitable insulation material are therefore important.

 

We are uncompromising when it comes to choosing building materials. We only use high-quality materials from leading manufacturers. Working with smaller, specialized manufacturers is particularly important to us.

Impressions of our work in the field of facade construction

The facade, as part of the building envelope, combines function with appearance. On the one hand, it protects against the cold in winter and the heat in summer, and on the other hand, it is an "eye-catcher." The variety of materials and colors is almost limitless.
