We want to give our customers the best they can consume! Above all, we want to prove that plants and mushrooms are the foundation of a healthy and balanced diet.

Biodiversity is key to the growth of our plants, so we have companion plants in our fields that create a balance in growing conditions so that our plants thrive and thus confer superior quality to the soil and the final product.

All our fertilizers are homemade or sourced locally.

We only plow our field once, to ensure optimal cultivation and to cultivate living soil. We promote organic life in the soil.
