Koch Wagnerei-Antikschreinerei

Koch Wagnerei-Antikschreinerei is committed to preserving movable and immovable cultural assets made of wood. Preserving and passing on traditional craftsmanship is important to us. We use wood from our region for repairs, additions, and renovations, creating sustainable works of the highest quality. We are an active member of the Wagner and Skibauer specialist group, which belongs to the Association of Swiss Master Carpenters and Furniture Manufacturers. We are also a member of the IgFs- Interessengemeinschaft Fahrzeugrestauratoren Schweiz(Swiss Vehicle Restorers Association).

Owner Thomas Koch, your holzkoch

After further training and visits to several wheelwright workshops, I fulfilled my dream of continuing the workshop of my late grandfather Max Schmid. In spring 2012, I founded Koch Wagnerei-Antikschreinerei.

Since 2015, I have been working as a course instructor for inter-company courses for carpentry apprentices specializing in wagon making.
