WERAX is a company specializing in service and support in the field of medical laboratory diagnostics. Thanks to our many years of experience, we offer our customers expert assistance with all questions relating to laboratory technology.

 

WERAX Service AG was founded in 2002 by Thomas Herzog and Urs Keiser.

Thomas Herzog and Urs Keiser were system technicians at Roche Diagnostics Switzerland AG for many years. There, they gained extensive field experience in their daily work with Cobas Mira, Mira Plus, Core, Core II, Amplicore, Integra, and Integra 400.

 

• 2003 AxonLab service partner: technical support in the fields of hematology and wet chemistry.
• 2003 Support for various distributors in the field of medical technology products for cosmetics. Primarily IPL flash lamp devices.
• In 2006, WERAX took over the sale and support of sterilizers from Cominox and KSG.
• 2007 Siemens service partner: technical support for Rapidlab and Rapidpoint blood gas analyzers for Siemens Healthcare AG throughout Switzerland.
• 2008 Roche service partner: technical support for Cobas Elecsys immunology analyzers for Roche Diagnostics Switzerland AG throughout Switzerland.
• 2011 Roche service partner: technical support for Ventana Benchmark/Discovery histopathology staining machines for Roche Diagnostics Switzerland AG throughout Switzerland.
• 2012 Start of sales of Cominox sterilizers as exclusive sales and service partner.
• 2013 First sale of medical-technical cosmetic devices.
• 2014 Introduction of the Werax STE sterilizer series.
• 2015 Cooperation with Mocom, distribution and support for Mocom thermal disinfectors and sterilizers.
• 2016 Successful ISO certification DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, certificate number 161024Q from the ICG
• 2017 Stago service partner: technical support for Stago STA R/C hemostasis diagnostics in German-speaking Switzerland.
