Karin Glaus

I live with my husband Daniel Glaus in the hamlet of Staad near Grenchen. I have been running my own practice as a massage therapist and beautician since 2009. I have also been working as a consultant since 2011.

I move body, mind, and soul through a holistic approach.

My clients should experience professional massage and be able to relax and unwind. A good conversation between two people builds bridges of trust. When the mind feels good, the skin glows.

I place great value on personal, individually tailored, and high-quality treatment.

Cosmetics

I successfully completed my training as a certified cosmetician in 1999 at the Cosmetology School in Bern. Since then, I have regularly attended continuing education courses in this field.

Massage

I completed my professional training at the Sanita School in Derendingen. The comprehensive training covers a wide range of different massage techniques:

classic massage, connective tissue massage, foot reflexology, and medical-technical basics.

I completed my training in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) at the Dickerhof School in Emmenbrücke.

To deepen my knowledge of sports massage, I worked as a massage therapist at the Wacker Grenchen soccer club for two years. For six years until the end of 2014, I also worked as a freelance massage therapist in a professional and interesting team at a physiotherapy practice in Solothurn. Continuing education is my top priority.

I am recognized by most health insurance companies. To be on the safe side, please contact your health insurance company. Each has its own regulations for supplementary insurance, etc.

Consulting

I trained as a certified life and career counselor at the Lequa School for Personal Development in Rüttenen. I expanded my counseling skills by training as a certified holistic psychological life and grief counselor. I support people in life and crisis situations as well as during illness—their relatives and survivors.

Spiritual and emotional coaching covers a wide range of interesting topics, such as:
