Here's how the idea of founding HandiValais came about in the mind of young Valaisan Sergio.

"My grandmother didn't have a driver's license, so she was always forced to take part in the slightest activity. You had to make arrangements weeks in advance to book transport in Valais. However, for urgent tasks such as going to the doctor, you have to act fast and waiting is not an option. What's more, the few drivers we could find didn't have the time to take her to the doctor. Which added another layer of stress to her life..."

That's where HandiValais comes in, with the ability to book a ride for a person with reduced mobility, with or without accompaniment, in less than 3 minutes and 24/7.
