Technical support is dedicated to all consumers of Promotional Tools products: from individuals to retailers, from applicators to designers, to ensure comprehensive, high-quality guidance at all times, making the product easier to use, resolving any problems, or explaining unclear application steps.
Product support provides information about the technical characteristics of the products and how to apply them. We offer a comprehensive service, and customer satisfaction is our priority.

Graphic design service
We take care of your graphics. We are able to develop the customer's ideas, shape them, and transform them into successful products for your communication.
Before going to press, print documents are tested by our experts.

Tailoring and repair
We don't just sell a product, we help the customer find the best solution. If products become worn over time, our staff are ready to assess any repairs to limit costs.

Logistics and installation
Our material storage policy allows us to supply any missing and/or broken parts quickly. Not to mention that our experts are available to carry out on-site work, such as casting plinths for installing your flagpoles.

Customization

Screen printing

Screen printing is the most widely used customization technique. It can be used to print logos, designs, patterns, and graphics.

Pros:

• excellent results
• less limited print size
• suitable for all types of fabric
• washable up to 50°C

Cons:

• expensive (<50 pcs)
• requires printing equipment
• only suitable for printing with a few colors

 

Digital/Heat-sealed

Digital printing is the ideal technique for photos and colorful designs with different shades and tones. The graphics are first printed on a film and then fused to the fabric.

Pros:

• economical for small to medium quantities
• highly appreciated for small print runs
• graphics printed with extreme precision
• suitable for both light and dark fabrics
• soft to the touch
• washable up to 60°C

Cons:

• not very economical for medium to large quantities
• limited range of colors available for single-color graphics
• small objects can only be printed with a background
• Thickness >1mm

 

Direct digital printing

Direct digital printing on fabrics is used to reproduce color graphics with different shades and tones. Customization is carried out using the latest generation of machines, which print the design directly onto the fabric.

Pros:

• non-toxic, wash-resistant water-based ink
• excellent quality for complex graphics
• economical for small print runs
• the print penetrates the fabric resulting in graphics that are soft to the touch

Cons:

• less economical than screen printing for large quantities
• care must be taken when washing above 30°C

 

Sublimation

Sublimation printing is the ideal printing technique for polyester garments. It is also a very popular technique for small print runs or for reproducing designs/photographs with extreme fidelity.

Pros:

• also suitable for small print runs
• fidelity for very complex designs
• washable up to 90°C

Cons:

• only suitable for white garments
• only for 100% polyester fabrics

 

Embroidery

Embroidery is the ideal customization for clothing that you want to enhance. It is a very elegant and long-lasting customization.

Pros:

• high quality
• long-lasting
• suitable for any background color
• washable up to 90°C

Cons:

• expensive printing system for small quantities
• only for small to medium sizes
• no shades possible
• thickness >5mm
