As a nurse, foot reflexology and lymphatic drainage therapist, I have many years of professional experience in both hospital and outpatient settings. In addition, maintaining and developing the quality of lymphatic drainage and reflexology is very important to me, which is why I am an active member of the Swiss Professional Association for Manual Lymphatic Drainage and the Swiss Association for Reflexology. My training as a consultant is also beneficial to me.

Manual lymphatic drainage stimulates the lymphatic system throughout the body. It is a gentle, rhythmic, painless, and slow form of massage that can be used to reduce swelling, promote relaxation, and strengthen the immune system. For most types of edema, manual lymphatic drainage is supported by bandages and compression stockings.

Reflexology is a form of holistic bodywork that uses a special massage technique on the feet, hands, or ears, for example, to support health and well-being in cases of discomfort.
