Fryberghof is your partner for fairly and sustainably produced fish. At our fish farm in Hätzingen (Glarus South), we breed rainbow trout, char, and golden trout, which we sell directly from the farm. The fish are caught the day before delivery/collection and processed on site in our fish butchery in accordance with the legal requirements for animal welfare and food production. Sustainable and local. The fish farm obtains its electricity from the nearby hydroelectric power plant on the premises, and thanks to the quality of the groundwater, the fish meat is firm, uncontaminated, and flavorful.
