Renovation and expansion

Our task includes analyzing the existing building and planning according to the needs and wishes of the client. Finding a solution is a process of questioning and analyzing. We are in constant dialogue with the client throughout this process.

We take care of all planning phases from the preliminary project to execution and keep an eye on costs. We advise you on all questions relating to energy and sustainable construction.

New buildings

We view the building as a complete system. Energy-efficient construction can reduce the amount of heat required to warm the space, thereby lowering CO2 emissions and heating costs.

 

In addition to architecture, building services also play a decisive role in creating an energy-efficient building. Structural measures such as thermal insulation—in winter and summer—influence the architecture, the orientation of the building, and living comfort.
