Schulhaus Hemmental

The Hemmental primary school building was inaugurated in 1905 and is located near the church in the village center. The Neo-Renaissance style construction was considered a bold step in the rural setting at the time. Today, the building is connected to the gymnasium and offers a family-like learning environment where around 50 children are taught in mixed-age classes. Comprehensive renovation is being planned.
