Weinbau Kaiserspan

The family-run Kaiserspan winery is located in the idyllic Seetal valley in Lucerne. A wide range of wines are produced with a great deal of passion and expertise.

The foundation stone for Kaiserspan was laid on August 28, 1851, with the clearing of the forest. This allowed construction of the Kaiserspan property to begin. The residential building with its own restaurant was built in 1900. The trademark of the winery is the vineyard cottage. This was built in 1920 specifically for the vineyard at that time. It is the only one of its kind in the canton of Lucerne, with breathtaking views of mountains and lakes. For a long time, Kaiserspan was the only vineyard in the canton of Lucerne. The vineyard was cultivated until 1957. After a long break, viticulture was resumed on the sunny hill of Kaiserspan in 1990.

After several stages of replanting (2008/'12/'14/'15/'17/'18/'21/'22,23), our vineyard now covers an area of 5 hectares.

We currently offer a wide range of wines and fine spirits from our own production. These include, among others:

We also offer regular tastings and other events where you can try our wines at your leisure and find your favorite.

In addition to these events, you can also celebrate your own occasion or party with us. The room can be rented for up to 40 people.

We offer you the perfect venue for up to approx. 40 people, wheelchair accessible in a quiet setting with a magnificent view over the beautiful Seetal valley.

Large south-facing windows and all rooms are wheelchair accessible. We offer plenty of outdoor space with an integrated children's playground. The bright rooms invite you to enjoy a cozy get-together while savoring our wines.

The practically equipped kitchen offers plenty of space to conjure up your own creative dishes or be pampered by a party service/catering company.
