I am an experienced certified craniosacral therapist. The spacious, bright rooms of the Cranio Center are centrally located in Horgen, right next to the Dorfgasse bus stop and only a 7-minute walk from the train station. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
In order to offer the best possible treatment, I regularly attend further training courses. I am a member of the Cranio-Suisse professional association and am recognized by most health insurance companies (supplementary insurance).

Craniosacral therapy is helpful and supportive in:

Various muscle tests are used to determine which control loops are no longer functioning properly.

Muscles, reflex points and reflex zones, acupuncture points, bones, and other "trigger points" are then used to restore normal stimulus processing to the brain/nervous system.

This is a very efficient therapeutic method for restoring the body's statics, with profound consequences for the hormone and nervous systems as well. Dysregulation is eliminated, normal bodily functions are optimized again, the body regains its ability to compensate, and energy is used efficiently once more.
