EYE EXAMINATION

We use state-of-the-art technology to examine your eyes and check for any abnormalities so that we can refer you to your ophthalmologist for treatment at an early stage.
With intraocular pressure measurement, computer tomography, retinal photography, and a biomicroscope with 40x magnification, we help ensure that eye changes such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and dry eye can be detected and treated early on by an ophthalmologist.

State-of-the-art brand eyeglass lenses from the Swiss manufacturer Reize AG in Trimbach near Olten.
Whether you need lenses for clear distance or near vision, progressive lenses with an invisible transition to the near zone for reading, or computer lenses for your daily work at intermediate distances on the PC—we are familiar with all these modern technologies and the right solutions for them. Let us provide you with expert advice.

Contact lenses

CONTACT LENSES AND CONTACT LENS CARE PRODUCTS

Getting contact lenses fitted is a pure pleasure for you! First, we support and advise you in your desire to see everything clearly and distinctly, invisibly and freely.
Then we create a personalized 3D image of the surface of your eyes and work with you to find the right lens shape for your eye geometry.
The biomicroscope shows us the details and composition of your tear film at 40x magnification, and we will know which contact lens material is best suited for you.
And, of course, we also combine your chosen contact lens type with the appropriate lens care product. Because these two must be a perfect match.

For years, we have been offering visual training at the Center for Perception Promotion ZWF Huttwil. For us, finding the balance in the autonomic nervous system between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems is part of our work, especially in the field of functional optometry. The novel auditory system for audio-visual perception promotion AVWF® developed by Ulrich Conrady can help children and adults with reading and writing difficulties, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), speech development disorders, autistic traits, spasms, and motor impairments, or serve to improve speech comprehension, hearing, and auditory processing disorders in adults and seniors. People with burnout, stress, and depression symptoms also benefit from AVWF (see publications).

AVWF® technology has the same goal as visual training, namely to stimulate the interaction of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves. Results from Germany and Switzerland show that success is achieved in a much shorter time than with other forms of support. It has been shown that performance can be maintained without further practice.
