Fifty years may be relatively insignificant in the history of the universe, indeed just the blink of an eye. But when it comes to supplying the Bernese Oberland with men's fashion, this period is remarkable and – at least for us – of some significance.

On July 4, 1970, an innovative men's fashion store opened its doors on Spielmatte in Unterseen. The plan to supply the local male population with wearable fashion seemed somewhat daring given the rather conservative local attitude. But nothing ventured, nothing gained...
And so, against all the prophecies of doom, these 50 years have been a success story for our company. Quite a few grooms have stocked up on clothes for the happiest day of their lives at our store. Countless confirmands purchased their first "better" outfit, and countless business deals were closed in business attire from roro. And when it came to casual wear , roro was always the right place for men.

It goes without saying that, in addition to the wide range of products – compiled with a wealth of experience and a keen sense of the needs of local customers – the comprehensive services also contributed significantly to our success.

And so today we are not only "relatively" proud of the many years behind us, because the story continues. In the future, we will continue to do everything we can to ensure that the people of the Bernese Oberland are not left behind when it comes to fashion.
