Physical therapy

In addition to manual treatment, primarily of the musculoskeletal system, emphasis is placed on the patient's own activity and personal responsibility, for example in training to build muscle. Technical aids such as thermotherapy, electrotherapy, and ultrasound are also used.

Osteopathy

In cases of restricted mobility of joints, muscles, nerves, and organs, special osteopathic manipulation techniques are used to influence the musculoskeletal system. The aim is to support self-healing and treat the actual cause of the disease.

Manual therapy

Used for functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, such as joint pain. Special hand movements and mobilization techniques are used to relieve pain and eliminate movement disorders.

Craniosacral therapy

The harmonious interaction of the systems is examined primarily on the head using the hands and fingers. Any disruptive tensions that arise are systematically regulated. This often allows deeper-seated organic disorders to be detected and prevented.

Craniomandibular therapy

This mainly deals with functional disorders of the head, face, and especially the temporomandibular joint. Targeted techniques are used to relieve the muscles and joints, mobilize the temporomandibular joint, and thus release the incorrect strain.

Bobath therapy

This is a method that is mainly used for neurological disorders or problems, e.g., after a stroke. Special manual techniques are used to regulate neurologically altered muscle tension and relieve pain. This prevents restricted movement of the joint.
