In our modern, bright practice at Florastrasse 26 in Interlaken, a team of experienced veterinarians and trained assistants will take care of your pet's well-being.

• Appointments can be made by telephone on: 033 822 55 55
• Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance in person or by phone.
• No appointment is necessary to pick up food, medication, or worming, flea, and tick treatments during our regular opening hours.
• Free customer parking is available directly at the practice: two open garages on the right-hand side of the ground floor of the building and a short-term parking space directly at the entrance door.
• The practice is located on the first floor (elevator available).

What to do in an emergency:

• Remain calm.
• Protect yourself: If necessary, put a muzzle on your dog. Be careful when handling cats. Carefully pick up your pet with a blanket or towel and place it in a carrier.
• Consult a veterinarian.
