We carry out acceptance, final, and periodic inspections for new buildings or existing properties on your behalf.

SERVICES:

We are your experts for consulting and inspections relating to your electrical installations. We provide safety certificates (SiNa) for all types of systems and buildings.

Our services are aimed at private individuals and companies.

• Periodic inspection: Depending on the property, electrical installations must be inspected every 1, 5, 10, or 20 years. You will be notified of this by the responsible electricity company.
  • Residential buildings are subject to a 20-year inspection period.
  • Commercial and industrial buildings are subject to a 10-year inspection period.
• Acceptance inspection: Anacceptance inspection must be carried out by an independent inspection body. This means that the inspector may not be involved in either the construction or the planning. It is only mandatory for new properties with an inspection period of less than 20 years.
• Final inspection:  This is usually carried out by the installer.
• Electrical and industrial thermography: Electrical and industrial thermography is a non-destructive measurement method for detecting defects and weak points in electrical systems.
  • Electrical and industrial thermography is used to identify/detect at an early stage:
    • Defects and weak points in electrical connections and joints
    • Unbalanced loads in connected symmetrical consumers
    • Overloads of equipment, lines, and cables
    • Defects after the construction or revision of an electrical system
    • Quality checks
    • Harmonic loads (line-borne network pollution – see network analysis)
  • Electrical and industrial thermography is used to prevent:
    • Failures or malfunctions in electrical systems and machines
    • Personal injury and property damage
    • Fire damage
• Testing of electrical equipment in accordance with SNR 462638, EN 62353:The testing of electrical, portable equipment serves to ensure the electrical safety of the relevant group of people and the protection of property.

Your company is responsible for the safety of machines, systems, and devices. Every machine and every device has a safety level. To ensure that this safety is maintained in the long term, appropriate, recurring inspections are absolutely necessary.
