Our "Exercise & Therapy" concept ensures that, after successful therapy, "help for self-help" can be understood and optimally applied for lasting, better health and more vitality in everyday life.

In addition to strength, coordination, flexibility, and endurance, we also have a testing center with metabolic analysis through respiratory gas measurement, HRV/VNS measurement (stress level), and IHHT (Interval Hypoxia Hyperoxia Training).
