Our concept "Movement & Therapy" ensures that after a successful therapy the  "Help for self-help"  can be understood and optimally used for a sustainable, better health & more vitality in everyday life.

In addition to strength, coordination, flexibility and endurance, we also have a test center with metabolic analysis through respiratory gas measurement, HRV/VNS measurement (stress level) and IHHT (Interval Hypoxia Hyperoxia Training)

Supervised times by staff according to: Monday 08.00 - 21.00, Tuesday 08.00 - 16.00, Wednesday 08.00 - 13.00 / 16.00 - 21.00, Thursday 08.00 - 13.00, Friday 08.00 - 15.00 (these times are adjusted as required).
