DMT has been operating in the Horgen district for over 30 years. Dieter Meyer started his own business in 1981 and moved into his first office in Kilchberg. This was followed by a move to Zurich and later to Thalwil. In 1995, the sole proprietorship was converted into DMT D. Meyer Treuhand GmbH. In 2000, DMT Treuhand AG was added.
Dieter Meyer has been actively supported for many years by his long-standing employee, Ms. Ursula Betschart, and his son, Andreas Meyer, joined the company in 2014. In the same year, DMT returned to its roots in Kilchberg.
Andreas Meyer took over the management of the company in 2021.
In 2023, two new faces, Arlinda Bajrami and Slawomir Jezewski, joined the company and Ms. Betschart took her well-deserved retirement.
