Alterszentrum Hochweid

Our work focuses on people with their individual life stories and their own values. Their physical, emotional, and social needs determine our actions. The quality of life of our residents is the benchmark for our work. Our mission statement is the basis for our daily commitment.

We accompany elderly people in the retirement home on the last part of their life journey. Wherever possible, this includes dying in familiar surroundings. At the Hochweid retirement home, we apply the principles of palliative care. Read more about palliative care.

The Hochweid retirement home works with RAI/RUG, the system for resource clarification, target agreement, performance accounting, and quality promotion. This system enables us to determine and bill care services in a needs-based and transparent manner.
