These are intended to make writing easier for you and ensure that nothing and no one is forgotten in the notification and subsequent thank-you process.

Experience has shown that typing errors can creep in during the hectic rush and that each funeral card requires an individual design depending on the amount of text, type of text, card motif, etc. Our experienced customer advisors will be happy to help you with the text and selection of a suitable card and will be there to assist you personally wherever you need support.

We accept and forward obituaries and acknowledgments for most Swiss newspapers on your behalf.
 

MOURNING CARDS
Condolence cards and obituaries are used to personally inform relatives, acquaintances, and friends of the death of a loved one and to invite them to the funeral service and burial.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The mourning cards sent as personal information to relatives, acquaintances, and friends are usually followed by a thank you note. These are primarily sent to those who have either made a donation or sent flowers, but also to all those who have expressed their condolences and assisted the deceased in their final moments (nursing staff, doctors, priests, etc.).

We can offer you two card options: a single card or a double card (also suitable for longer texts).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Printing addresses on envelopes
On request, we can print the addresses on the envelopes from the address file (Excel file) you provide. If you would like this service, please specify this when placing your order. The exact costs will be displayed when you place your order.

Pack cards in envelopes, stamp them, and post them
On request, we can pack the cards into envelopes, frank them with stamps, and organize postal delivery. If you would like us to do this, please specify when placing your order. The exact costs will be displayed when you enter your order.

Stamps
You can also order stamps from us (only applies in connection with an order for sympathy cards/thank you cards). This allows you to complete everything at home and simply drop the envelopes off at the post office. If you would like this service, please specify when placing your order.
 

DELIVERY TIMES

As funeral stationery is usually very urgent, it is our top priority. Orders are processed continuously.

We usually produce a proof for you to check within 1 to 2 hours (during business hours: Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m.–5 p.m.). Once we have received your "ready to print" approval, the printed materials will be produced within 1 to 2 hours and made ready for shipping or collection.

Orders are usually processed as follows:
Order received by approx. 2 p.m. – posted by 6 p.m. – delivered to you the next day between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.

Please note that we only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
