Wege Weierbühl is a residential offer of the Sinnovativ Foundation in Köniz that provides ten rooms of supported living for adult women and men facing addiction, homelessness or other personal and social crises.[2][3][7][9] Residents receive individual social‑pedagogical support to stabilize their situation and, where possible, improve areas such as health, daily structure, housing skills, work or occupation and social integration; abstinence from substances may be a goal but is not a requirement.[2][7][9] In addition to the shared living community in the house on Weierbühlweg, the foundation also offers accompanied and supported living in external apartments for people who can largely manage everyday life independently but still need guidance.[3][8] The team is available daily and works closely with social services and specialist agencies, offering low‑threshold access, clear agreements and time‑limited placements tailored to individual resources and prospects.[2][7][9] The offer is aimed at adults without an adequate place to live who are dealing with addiction, mental health problems, financial difficulties or other challenging life situations and want structured, supportive living instead of anonymous emergency accommodation.[7][10]
