The ECOclub is aimed at ECOPHARMA and Aloha Concept Nature customers. Its aim is to strengthen the relationship with their customers and thank them, regularly and according to their experiences.

BECEARING A MEMBER IS FREE AND EASY

If you already have ECOPASS, simply download the ECOPHARMA App and link it to your existing ECOPASS account. Otherwise, you can create a free ECOPASS account on your smartphone, tablet or computer, either by our team or yourself. The main ECOPASS account can be accompanied by secondary accounts for children or spouses. This way, the whole family can share in the benefits (points, loyalty vouchers, etc.).

POINTS AT YOUR HAND

You add points to your ECOPASS account with every purchase you make in an ECOPHARMA and at Aloha Concept Nature, and again with your reusable ECO-bag. For every 200 points, you'll receive a gift voucher worth CHF 10, which you can redeem on your next purchase.
