INSULÆ IS A HOLDING COMPANY founded on October 1, 2012.

It brings together various companies linked to the construction industry. Founded in 1983 in La Chaux-de-Fonds, "Menuiserie Radicchi & Steinweg" was at the origin of this development. Over the years, the company began purchasing old buildings, which were sold as condominiums or rented out after renovation, before acquiring land for the construction of single-family homes or apartment buildings. This led to the creation of Sareg, a general contractor and architectural firm, which was soon followed by various other companies: masonry & structural work, plastering & painting, carpentry & framing, as well as property management & brokerage.

Insulæ and its subsidiaries currently employ no fewer than 140 people. The strength of this parent company, and therefore of all the companies attached to it, lies in the dynamism and diversity of its employees, who work in different fields and therefore have complementary skills, but interact with each other on a daily basis. This gives rise to a truly effective collaboration, the overall aim of which is to provide the greatest possible satisfaction to the customer.

The group's management, administration, and human resources are centralized for greater efficiency and responsiveness.
