Rudin Immobilier provides brokerage, property management, condominium administration, enhancement, and tenant search services for owners of rental properties in the cantons of Vaud and Valais.

All properties—apartments or villas—are in the mid-range and high-end segments. Thanks to an extensive network of contacts and accurate estimates of rental or sale prices, properties are found tenants very quickly.

Active in the French-speaking Swiss real estate market for nearly three decades, Anne Rudin has solid knowledge of real estate brokerage and management, which she acquired at a renowned agency in the Lake Geneva region. It was therefore only natural that she decided to use her experience and skills to found her own agency in July 2019: Rudin Immobilier Sàrl. Anne Rudin's right-hand woman for over 12 years, Véronique Carusone has also joined the agency.

Since 2006, Anne Rudin has been a member of the committee of the Swiss Union of Real Estate Professionals Vaud (USPI Vaud). She was elected vice-president in 2015. Joining an association that defends the interests of the sector and enforces rules and ethics is important to her, which is why Rudin Immobilier has been a member of the association since the beginning of 2020. Anne Rudin's involvement does not stop there, as she has also been responsible for property management training at USPI Formation since 2019. In addition to these activities, she is an assessor for landlords at the Lausanne and Vevey rental courts, where she works to find solutions for stakeholders by favoring mediation with the presidents.
