The crèche sees its role as providing daycare for children as a supplement to care and education in the family. The main aim of the crèche is to support parents in reconciling family and work.

Children are therefore cared for responsibly at the crèche during working hours, further training and other work-related absences and are encouraged in an age-appropriate manner.

The children have a second social learning environment in the group alongside their family.
